HafenCity Run 2023

For the 21st time the HafenCity Run took place. And once again we were thrilled to experience this incredible event and dedicate our participation to supporting charitable projects of the Hamburger Abendblatt hilft e. V.
As a passionate team committed to making a positive impact in our community, participating in the HafenCity Run has become an annual tradition for us at the Jebsen & Jessen Hamburg Group. This year we participated for the 19th time with a total of 70 colleagues. This remarkable event not only allows us to showcase our team spirit, but is also an exceptional opportunity to contribute to significant causes that strengthen our society.

By crossing the finish line, we achieved more than just a personal athletic achievement. Our joint efforts have enabled us to make a difference in the lives of those who need help. Through our participation, we were able to raise money and attention for the effective initiatives of the Hamburger Abendblatt hilft e. V. with each runner and support them in continuing their valuable work in the community and providing sports and leisure activities, counselling and assistance services, lunches and holiday projects for children and young people in need of help from our city!

We would like to thank all our colleagues, friends and family members who have contributed to this project. Thanks to the commitment of all runners, around 72,000 euros will be donated to the long-standing charity partner Hamburger Abendblatt hilft e. V.
