Our management

Fritz Graf von der Schulenburg worked for six years as Executive Vice Chairman in the sister company in Singapore before he became Managing Partner and assumed responsibility for the overall management of the Jebsen & Jessen Hamburg Group in 2016. He has direct operational responsibility for managing the Chemicals division and GMA Europe. He has responsibility for other non-executive mandates within the Jebsen & Jessen Group:

Ralf Schwarzhaupt has been managing partner and CEO of the Industrial Services division since October 2020. In July 2021, he became Managing Director (CFO) of Jebsen & Jessen (GmbH & Co.) KG. From 2001 to September 2020, Ralf Schwarzhaupt was employed as Managing Director in various companies of the MPC-Ferrostaal Group – including the position of CFO of Ferrostaal GmbH. Prior to this, he worked in various areas of corporate banking at Commerzbank AG and he has extensive experience in finance and risk management. Mr. Schwarzhaupt studied businesss economics at the University of Hamburg.
